Making multiple selections:

Non consecutive Selection:

            Hold down the Ctrl key and click on each item to select it.

            As you select each item it should become highlighted. 

            If you make an incorrect selection, just continue to hold down the Ctrl key           

                              and click the item again to remove the highlight.

            Once finished selecting, Right click on one of the highlighted items and continue.

Consecutive Selection:

            Hold down the Shift key and use the arrows on the keyboard (next to numberpad)

            While holding the shift key down

                            use the up or down arrow to make your multiple consecutive selection.

            Once finished selecting, Right click on one of the highlighted items and continue.

Select All:

            Hold down the Ctrl key and type “A” on the keyboard.

            To de-select an item:  Hold down the Ctrl key and click on each item.
